The school’s policy states that Information Communication Technology should be an integral part of learning in all subjects. There is an extensively equipped ICT suite with a network of computers and printers. This is available to all pupils for developing skills in computing, data-handling, word-processing, computer graphics and desk-top publishing. The EYFS department has a computer in each classroom and access to the ICT suite. A number of classrooms have interactive white boards to support learning and teaching. It is our aim for the learning environment to reflect the technological world in which we live. Your daughter is encouraged to access information independently and confidently and to use ICT to support and enhance her learning.
This comprehensive approach to ICT encourages creativity and independent learning which enables your daughter to explore situations beyond normal classroom boundaries.
